That article is interesting. you can almost feel the knife being inserted between the shoulderblades.
Bernie will never allow anyone to come between him and the piles of cash. It may be an interesting fight if Max refuses to quit quietly to 'fight the allegations'.

Edit: Just read the Daily Mail piece. "He is understood to be pursuing legal action against the News of The World for breach of privacy." So it's all true then assuming the Mail has it right (else it would be libel he'd be suing for). He's toast in that case.

I must say that was an incredible stupid thing of Bernie to say!! Saying "it's just Max taking the pi$$" is rather like excusing what (sexual preferences aside) is a pretty sick thing to do,and given his family history- fricking stupid.
