Either way Steve we'd be in for a busy 6-weeks trying to get either SVA'd in time for GOME @ MAllory.

quite acceptable to fit the alternator there for a race car .
youd rather it be on the front , where you cant get at it ?
thats why you see the race cars with slave batterys to help with starting , and ticking over , otherwise theyd run the battery down .
i think id have to buy a 962 , if i won the lottery
