can anyone give me a recomendation for a locost company?

I can't remember the company name but most of the hotels have franchised hirers attached. I hired a Smart car for a week while I was there - pretty good for the size of the country (you can circumnavigate it easily in a day taking in the sights along the way)

One tip - most of the roads are very good but if you wander off the beaten track watch out for potholes the size of which you have to see to believe!

Oh and they drive on the correct side of the road you know

i know cyprus quite well as i used to co own a bar, but the guy i used to rent from has died, was looking for someone to say use this guy/company

did someone from this forum move there?

I used Europcar in February this year and they were efficient. Dropped off and picked up at the hotel.

Think it was around 40 euros a day plus the insurance extended cover, but this may vary with the season
