Stoneleigh prices and camping
tegwin - 20/4/08 at 04:42 PM

Im planning to attend the up and comming stoneleigh show, want to do both days and camp over night...Am I right in thinking its sunday and monday only.....no saterday?

Does anyone know how much it costs to do both days and camp?

How do camping facilities compare to donnington? BBQs/fires allowed? Plenty of space for the seclusion tent when people get too drunk?

Im currently welding my credit card to my desk so I cant bring it with me

I can't help with the prices, but this year I've stumped up £30 per night to stay in their hostel accomodation to try and make the best of the weekend as the last couple of times we've camped at a show, somethings gone wrong (tent falling to one side and then airbed going down... Yes I know I'm a fat knacker )

So I thought £60 for the two of us is well worth it, since we are attending in a kit...

Haven't yet found any hot showers at Stoneleigh.

The showers near us last year were hot at 6am last year.

You're only there two days, what do you need a shower for? (unless you had an accident)

OK but don't get down wind of me . You have been warned. I can't smell it so I don't care!

I don't know why, but as I read your comment I immediately remembered a certain scene featuring Spud, in the movie Trainspotting

Presumably there no really need to buy in advance?
- Im planning to go, but if its hammering it down or something else comes up i might not.
- Any thoughts as well on what the queues will be like if i turn up around 10.30 on the saturday for a day?
