There used to be a EuroMyth site as well - strangely, it was usually debunking made-up stories from the UK tabloid press...
That'll come in quite handy. I've lost count of the number of times I've tried to patiently explain to sites that no, you don't need to PAT test absolutely everything, every year. Just because they're stupid enough to take the advice of a contractor who's paid per test on the required frequency of testing doesn't mean i'm going to waste a day testing a brand new installation...
