WTF is the point of eCheques in paypal, just means I have to keep sold stuff kicking arount till it clears.

tell me about it - i received one and the guy sent payment as a standard Paypal payment!! Just seems a way for Paypal to make more money out of us through earning on interest!! Mine took over a week to clear!!

from my limited experience paypal sent stuff as an e-cheque when i had a bank account listed on my paypal account but without a backup credit or debit card (or was it the other way around?) Either way, once i'd added a backup payment method it stop sending e-cheques and sent instant payments again, think it was after one of my cards had expired or summat...
