Well its official, I'm 40 tommorrow, has anyone any pearls of wisdom for passing an age where my life apparently begins.

Soon hair will start to grow where it never used to and hair will stop growing where it should. Joints get stiff and things that should be stiff don't. Enjoy the the rest of your life the best is still to come.
