Have been on NTL broadband for 2 weeks it been out of service 3 times for many hours, this is my dial up!!!!!

Is this country wide or just surrey or just me...

Been off all this evening and is still off (00.31am)

just the one outage in a year for me in northants.

We had this problem when we got broadband at our house at uni. We phoned up and the engineer came round and recalibrated the line or something. He said as ntl was already in the house they must have assumed it was calibrated for broadband when they came round and set us up.

How do i find out what my cable modem is sending /recieving?
