Forward Russia are playing what is probably to be their last ever gig, at Leeds Brudenell Social Club on 17th October.

They are AWESOME
If you have never heard them, buy the Album "Life Processes", and then listen to it TEN times.
First listen you'll wonder what I am on about....................after 10 - awesome.
Their first album "Give me a wall" is also amazing, and live they are just astounding.
I am really gutten that it looks like they are splitting.
They are almost certainly the best live band I have ever seen, closely followed by we are scientists of course!
Nonsense man... we all know the best live-act is Pearl Jam!
I'd love to go, but Leeds is a bit far for me 
somehow I've never got 'life processes' yet, its been on the list of albums to get for a while (along with about a 100 others)
I've not seen them since TitP about 3 years ago, I'm not sure about the best live band ever.... they are quite far up the list, but I think
James Brown, Art Brut and Los Campesinos are my top three at the moment (it changes all the time)

Nearly been to see them twice but they always cancel at the last minute

best live gig ive seen was elvis costello in bristol acadamy, blew me away
