so I got her to break the concrete

She is in training for her Black belt in November and she came back from a competition this weekend with another trophy.
She kicks a police womans butt at the dojo she trains at. The polis wifey wont even train with her.

with her accuracy and agresion with that bar I'd hate to think of how devastating she could be with the frying pan after turning up late from a couple too many down the pub.

Seriously though, if you want her to have wrists for much longer I'd invest in a sledgehammer for that kind of work! Would have broken that up much easier and much softer on the body.
