Can anyone tell me how i transfer money from a paypal account to my bank account?

Seems pretty easy to me!! From the main page its the 3rd option along on the 2nd row - "Withdraw" and then "Withdraw Funds To Your Bank Account"

i've never had to do it, theres always something i want to buy after i've sold something.

Watch out for the fees though, IIRC anything less than £50 costs you.
