Anyone on hear have any experience of the weird and wonderful "SMC Controller" setup? We have one, and I cant make any of the pumps fire up (no CH, and I expect to have no HW by tonight - again!)... Anyone had one/serviced/fixed one?

Don't think i've worked on 1 of those,

Have you tried Isolating the controller and then switching it back on, they sometimes spin both pumps up when they turn on and initialise.

If your brave enough there might be some internal fuses to check.

Got to the bottom of it... The wiring had come out on the back of the thermostat (decorating). The best news is none of my soldered joints leak - yipee!!!!
