people often forget side protection, ENCAP only test the pole at Approx 19mph impact.

Did you see how the Shogun rolled afterwards?

Also, did you look at the test where they crashed a Discovery into an Espace? Different story then, chassis too stiff to crumple properly.

Sad thing is that similar accident happened not so long ago in Belgium, mother with 2 daughters and daughters friend got killed when a BMW X5 driven by 2 polish on xtc ignored traffic lights and took the small sedan in the same way as in this test.
