That's nothing if you want sick - in SA the major cause of death and injury to Girls under 4 years old seems to be becoming the rape and murder of them by men over 18. Sometimes the girls are less than 2 years old.

There seems to be a new report in the media of this occurring every day.

I just don't think jail is punishment enough for them.
