Had my type 9 checked over and resealed by doncaster gearbox services. And seems all gears are there but back in car neutral seems to have moved so can't get 2nd and 4th when in the car ? Any advice

Have you checked the little plastic saddle at the base of the gear lever/selector shaft is fitted correctly?

I'm pretty sure it's there, I've given up for today
I will check tomorrow and think I'm going to buy a quick shift
