Heater Hoses joining
TangoMan - 3/3/07 at 11:32 PM

I need to find a 16mm T piece for my heater/expansion tank hoses.
Car Builder Solutions only do 15mm and that is all I have found on ebay.
Any ideas as I have tried the 15mm ones and they leak.

Use a plumbers 15mm yorkshire fitting the pipes 15mm but the fitting is bigger and the solder ring ridge will provide something for the clip to to grip.

Get a plumbers solder ring type t piece. It fits 15mm o/d pipe and as such will be at least 16mm o/d. You may need to extend it using a bit of pipe and a straight connector to get enough length for a clip.
