Its a film set and the real engines were stripped off it and the ones you see are dummies. It was used in Bond films like Casino Royale.

Yeah! I noticed that too, found this on wikipedia
Film Work
A Boeing 747-200 which served with British Airways until 2002 as City of Birmingham, G-BDXJ, was purchased by Aces High Limited, a company
specialising in supplying aircraft for television and film work, and transferred to Dunsfold.
It was modified and used for filming for the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale. Some of the scenes set at Miami International Airport were filmed at
Dunsfold.
Modifications to the aircraft include the removal of the normal Rolls Royce engines in separate nacelles and replacement with a single nacelle on each
wing with two engines, similar to those fitted to aircraft such as the B-52 Heavy Bomber. Dummy drop tanks have been fitted where the outer engines
would normally be fitted. The aircraft is not flyable at the present moment.
The aircraft has also appeared in the background of numerous Science in Action and Top Gear episodes and directly in an episode where it is towed by a
JCB Fastrac tractor.
It was also towed by a Volkswagen Touareg in a 2006 Fifth Gear episode, the same year that the modified aircraft and Dunsfold Airfield were featured
in a television advertisement filmed for the Volkswagen Touareg, demonstrating the vehicle's towing ability.
In 2008 it featured in a episode of Scrapheap Challenge in which contestants created machines to tow the aircraft.

It's a fictional aircraft called a Skyfleet S750, and was used as a prop in Casino Royale. Very obviously based on a 747, I guess retired
jumbo's are plentiful and quite cheap to buy these days.
More pics here!
Doh, that'll teach me for buggering off to make a cup of tea in the middle of a reply, there was no other posts when I started

arnt we a sad lot for knowing this...lol.
"The plane is not a real 747-200, but a specially modified version called the 747-XXX and it was built for use as a prop in the James Bond film
Casino Royale. The plane has had its two outer engines replaced with outboard wing tanks, and its inner engines has been replaced with mocked-up dual
pylon-mounted engine pods under each wing. "

It was also owned by European Aircharter who was owned by Paul Stodart...the F1 team owner.
It would seem that European aircharter went down the pan at the same time as minardi was sold off.
I've flown on this plane when it was under charter to Travelcity direct....who went bust too (part of XL.com).
European bought 5 jumbos from british airways after 9/11 and broke one up for spares to run the other 4 !
The plane we went out on to florida had 2 engines changed on the way out and 1 changed on the way back.
Talk about locost!

anorak moment
everyone spots the mutilated jumbo but what about the other planes? there is often a C47 skytrain [dakota ] a sea harrier and another older naval jet.
I think it may be a sea hawk. I think I even noticed a russian hind gunship helicopter.
