"Nintendo has been hit by a lawsuit over health and safety issues surrounding it's Wii remote straps.

Weren't hundreds of people trying this on when it first came out, which is why the damn thing now tells you to do up the wrist strap every other
millisecond.
I'd love to be a judge, so that in between long bouts of doing nothing for a huge salary i'd get to tell people like this to 'take
responsibility for your own bloody actions, and get the feck out of my court'
