if you dont change cars often, get a towbar. hireing a transporter for 1/2/3 journeys will soon cover cost.

only one i know hire car transporter is in Suffolkcar transporter hire
if you have got a big enough car a tow bar and trailer is the way to go, if you still have to hire a trailer bare in mind they are normally big and
heavy, if you can store one buy is the way to go

the bumper cut isn't usually a big deal, as its out the way and if you do it careful, you can't even tell as its the lower edge - unless
you often lie under the back of your car I wouldnt worry.
check first mind, but that is usually all the cutting that is required.

If you're anywhere near Benfleet I may be able to help.
My trailer is nothing special, but I wouldn't charge an arm & a leg to let it out.

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

Fit a tow-bar - you'll be suprised how many times it will come in useful.
If you have the space find a cheap second-hand trailer and buy that too. By the time you've hired one 4 or 5 times you'll have covered the
purchase price. Better still take russbost up on his offer.
Cheers, Pewe
PS And if you fit dual electrics you're all ready to go caravanning!
