IIRC James posted this link a while ago
There are some major wrecks on that site though. Take a look at how many limited edition cars there are on there! Thats what really sad...and the fact
that most of them look quite painful for the driver/passenger!

Yeh, some people just have too much money and not enough sense.
On the pain issue, I did see somewhere on the site that they would not publish photos of fatal stuff. Hard to believe having seen some of the photos.

this is one wrecked VW Golf....
http://www.wreckedexotics.com/newphotos/bad/bad336.shtml
I find it hard to believe that none of them are fatal. There is one car on there in the bad wrecks section, that has literally no front end left at
all!!
If you have ever seen things like Worlds Scariest Police Chases (think its on CH5 these days) it is suprising what some people walk away from. Most of
them are American cars which seem to take impacts better than our British ones....something to do with the fact they are about 3 times the size!

if someone takes a piccy in a scrapyard of a car and sends it to the site, how the heck do they know what happened to the passengers? Its just a daft
disclaimer so it doesnt make them look like sickos

ps
american cars are not as big as they used to be. An average yank car is about the size of a ford granada, which tey call a taurus.

Its quite possible a lot of them look worse than they are after the rescue services have been in there with their tools.

How on earth do you break the back of a seven!

By the looks of things getting hit hard in the side would do it! The whole car is bent!
One of the Evo guys doing the caterham academy series managed to bench his de dion bar by getting it sideways over some vicious curbs too.

If you look in the bad crashes section, there are some crashes that are openly stated as having been fatal. Bit sick, but it makes a point, and they
don't show any bodies, which is one thing at least.
