The Good News (F1) and The Bad News (Foody News)

Good News:

From Planet F1
"MURRAY'S THEME TUNE
The BBC have announced that their GP coverage will be proceeded by Fleetwood Mac's classic rock track 'The Chain'. The theme tune, long associated with F1 and Murray Walker's partnership with James Hunt, will take its rightful place topping and tailing the Beeb's F1 coverage this year. Murray Walker said he was delighted that he would be hearing it again as it was one of the few modern tracks he could remember, the others being 'Stranger on the Shore' by Acker Bilk and 'Who's Been Sleeping in My Brain' by Alien Sex Fiend."

The Bad News:

Somehow my wife managed to get reservations at the Fat Duck next weekend for my birthday. I've been wanting to go there for so long but actually getting reservations is almost impossible. Somehow she managed. Now it's been closed down by a vomiting bug. And she's paid for a cottage opposite it where we can't get a refund so we'll end up sitting opposite the Fat Duck eating a take-out pizza!!!! Hohum....

Tough luck on the dinner - looks like you aren't meant to eat there.

Looks like they will have to rename the Fat Duck to Fatty Upchuck
