our system takes into account your salary.
when i got done for failing to name speeding driver i had to fill in forms with all my financial details on.
speeding in the uk is a 2000 fine - but for most people its much less unless you are a footballer then its 500+ quid.

depends on who you are insured with Jonti
My wifes insurance went up from direct line from 300 to 480 quid.
why? she hadnt claimed in 13 years.
reason for hike? she has a 42 in a 30 and I had a 71 in a 60 and a failure to give driver details.
Changed to another company and saved 150 quid!
If you are with asswipes like direct line, they only want squeaky clean drivers. If you arnt, the price flies up.
about 10 years ago we enquired the insurance cost of an old 924 porche. we were told they didnt usually quote for them. Its a friggin 125 hp car! (or
150 if the later model) - chrisg will set me right if im wrong

try these people before you allow yourself to be taken up the rear by your insurance company. tell them I sent you. they wont understand the hell your
on about, but it will brighten their monotonous day wondering why you mentioned me

i think its a great idea! rich people regard fines as insignificant, and park wherever they want cos £30 is nothing to them.
In OZ they have some odd crap about double points on certain days and certain areas i heard.

Double demerit points is something normally imposed at known times of accident peaks e.g. Easter long weekend, XMas holidays etc

sounds like a good idea, does it work? probably not i guess...
i like the idea of 80 on the motorways and 20 outside schools and parks though, hope that one comes in.
