Dishwasher experts
Hi All,
My dishwasher has just decided to stop working.
All it will do is continously beep when i press the power button.
It's a Matsui MFI45
Any ideas?
Is there a reset button i can press?
Many thanks
Neil

Mine just sat and stared at me, lights on but nothing, turned out there is a drip tray underneath that stopped it working when full, once emtied never
happened again, worth a look?

Check everything, rinse aid, salt, the bit that catches food particles. You might get lucky.
If that doesn't work, plug in your laptop and check the mapping

Dear oh dear oh dear !!!!!!!!
Some of you sound as though you still live in the Victorian age.....
Best be careful, your better halves just might start building cars ....... and then you will have more than the washing up to do.....
Neil, I also 'second' checking the drip-tray...

I'd third the drip tray. Mine wasn't supposed to have a flood function but when it stopped working I tipped it backwards, outcame some
water and it started working again. Bit of a PITA cos it's integrated so it means removed loads of screws but hey. Happened since as well, I
think there's a weeping rubber seal somewhere....

When our stopped working we has to unblock the drain pipe.
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

When mine did that it was because the salt thing in the bottom was empty.

Mine (well, technically it's hers) continually beeps when the bottom is flooded. It is a sod to get to (built in) and there is a very small
hatch in the front for access. Spent ages mopping it out with successive wadges of kitchen roll.
