Hoorah!! Interview
Well i have just had confirmation of an interview for a new job next Friday!!!
As i have worked in Financial Services for 6 years having started out as a fuel additives and process development chemist, jobs have been extremely
tough to find - especially as i am out of work currently (and have been for a while!). As you can tell i am really pleased given the current economic
crisis - and its a job only 15 mins from home and the company specialise in 2 areas in which i have loads of experience!! Right - i'm off to
collect my books from the lock-up so i can read up on Pension Transfers and Inheritance Taxation / Trust law - oh the fun i have to look forward to in
that over the next week!!

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

So its you who have been stashing the books the government and the finance world should have been reading for the last ten years.

All the best - hope it works out!
Pensions and tax eh? I should imaging there'll be a rising demand for planners and advisers in this field over the coming years

Nice one Paul - I'm clinging on to my job by my finger nails and interviews are proving VERY hard to come by.

Thanks one and all. Even getting an interview these days seems like such a huge achievement - things really are tough out there it seems.
Its so frustrating having my Tiger chassis sat there - half modified to the specification i am planning and knowing i cant touch it until i sort a job
/ new house with garage!! Good job i have had a couple of other forum member's to help with their cars - kept me reasonably sane(ish - sort
of.... as sane as i was to start with anyway). Just hope there is nobody else going to fall into this situation i'm in now - Tim ^^ etc

Think we might just manage that Martin. 1st interview is 3rd April and only an hour so, so will be a 2 or 3 interview process. Unless i have an
interview on the 16th i think we'll be fine!!
