ot tin top tyre wear
hi all sorry that the question is abit off topic and quite long ive just been washing my tin top and have noticed the front passanger side tire is
completly smooth but what i cant understand is all the rest have plenty of tread left on them.
the tire in question got a puncture about 4 months ago but the tire fitter said he couldnt repair it because it was in a funny place but can send it
it off to be done at a cost off about £25 he said there plenty of tread left and the tires are quiet expensive (225/40 R18 Bridgestone Potenza) so i
got it done.
In all i cant see why this tire has gone bald so quickly i check the pressures regularly and the car is less than a year old so tracking and
everything should be ok shouldnt it??
Am i just being tight or is there something wrong

yeah when it was put on it had plenty of life left i checked one thing i have thought it went in to honda a couple of weeks ago im wondering if they
have changed it i dont trust them at all ive had loads of problems with them i suppose its just wait and see in the morning because if its my original
tire it'll have the repair patch inside.
If it is my tire what would cause it to bald so quickly its mainly the middle of the tire and no i dont wheel spin everywhere.

Front wheel drive ? ----- power on understeer out of roundabouts kills the nearside front. On front wheel drive cars the nearside front gets
grossly over loaded under these conditions.
Might however be an idea to check the wishbone bushes, ball joints and track rod ends and also check all 4 corners for broken coil springs
