Very odd Rangerover spotted...
Just spotted on Baker St (London) a left hand drive RR Sport V8 Supercharged with virtually blacked out windows and a very odd number plate: 500C0510,
yellow digits on a green background (embossed metal plate).
I'm familiar with D and X plates, but never hear of a C plate - anyone have any idea what it might be?
No country identification letters...

Probably a French dipomatic plate like this one:
It most likely was 500CD510 rather than 500C0510
According to this page and this one 500 is
"International high representatives"
Google is your friend

Yup - think that's it. Hmm, so while this guy might have immunity in France, I suspect it won't apply outside of France (otherwise he
would be on a regular D or X plate).
So hopefully he'll get nicked for his ridiculous tints
