OT - oven rubber seal has gone

The seal around the oven door has started to come away. Can these be replaced or simply glued back on?

Cheers

I fitted one a few months ago and it had a sticky back. You just peeled the shiney paper off and clagged it on. It wasn't the universal one so I don't know how that works!
