Using road angel for GPS receiver on sat nav.
Has anyone got a Road angel running as the gps receievr for their sat nav??
I have one and want to use it for the sat nav on my pda. Its says i need a serial DIN lead to connect but cant find one??
Iv found Din to jack plugs etc..

Didnt know this was possible. Ive got a road angel compact, and it has a mini usb.

It says you can in the instructions for mine.
Mine is the new road angel compact thingy.

I used a road angel 2 connected to an ipaq in order to use tomtom and memory map worked very well. Cable came from a company called holux i think.
Sort of like this but with the PS2 connector on the end rather than the DB9
