Well im back from the Hospital
well im sure you'll all be happy to know im not going to die!
well not yet anyway, just had a 30 minute poke and prod session with my surgeon Dr Wong and know i have to go for a CT scan, yay! he says he
doesn't think i will need surgery yet but wants to do a CT scan to have a look inside me. i told him to just get out scapel and go nuts but he
politely refused.
he has written me off for 4 weeks though and said im not to do any heavy lifting!
"how am i supposed to move my pinto?"
i actually said that, you know when you think out loud, well i actually did.
"what is a pinto he replied?"
slightly enbarrassed i replied
"you worry about me doc and i'll worry about the pinto!
he laughed, i laughed, nurse didn't have the foggiest, well maybe i lightened the end of his day a little, who knows.
im off to the garage for a little painting, no lifting

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I was in on Monday and spent the night for a Trans Urethral Resection of Tumor or TURT as the consultant called it.. I was in last year for the same
thing, bladder cancer and now I have to go for chemo for a couple of months. They do it all via the urethra you know, at least I haven't got a
bag on this time but it don't half sting when I pee
How does anyone move a Pinto ? You stand at the front and shout "weigh anchor"

yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Well, if you are already sitting on it you kick if with you heels and say 'giddyup', or the American equivalent. Otherwise, put a halter
on it and lead it.

It was probably lifting your original Pinto that gave you this problem....! There is a lesson there for everyone - CECs make you ill (just ask
Alex)....
Glad to hear you are still in one piece. CT scan will be fun - you can see what the inside of your twig 'n' berries looks like (assuming
it has good magnification!).

I know how you feel - I've been laid up for 2 weeks now with back spasms and I'm on a nice cocktail of drugs (diazepam rules!).
Unfortunately, I can't even get as far as the workshop even with a walking stick so the Mojo is sitting there all on it's lonesome while
the sun is shining.
Criminal if you ask me!

Turn key in ignition, depress clutch, engage 1st or 2nd gear, depress right foot fully, point steering wheel in prefered direction, release clutch
instantly............... Start Grinning like a Cheshire cat.
Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.
