Nitro F347 flip helmet
Been looking at one of these for use in my Tiger. My mate has one and says they are pretty good for the price - about £80
Does anybody have one and if so what you reckon? There is a Caberg one similar to this for the same price as well however think i prefer the Nitro
one.

Looks good, sorry to hijack but if your in a car when you legally dont have to wear a helmet, can you wear a darkened visor like a stig helmet?

Not sure about the Nitro, but I've heard that the Caberg flip-top can be quite noisy at speed, with wind whistling through the gaps where it
flips.

please go to a bike shop to buy a lid, as you,ll be able to try it on & find one that fits nicely, everybody,s head is a different shape as are
the helmets.
once you,ve bought a lid off ebay you can,t send it back if it doesn,t fit.

Absolutely true - but I still find that it's more convenient to use than my quieter non-flip helmet, especially the flip-down dark visor. You
also get a better response when you walk up to petrol station cashiers with the flip-front up!
