Trouble with my Photo Archive

I uploaded two pictures to my archive last night and there appear to be in the archive but when I try to view them they won't open? It appears the archive clicks through to photos but not my directory folder? Is it a site issue or is it me? Is antone else having a problem? Can anyone help?

cheers....Neil

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

If it's the two with '+' signs I'm 99% sure that's the problem.

In your Mk Indy folder there is one with a + that doesn't work and one without that's fine.

As above, the archive does not like special characters, ~$+ end the like, just use plain text and _ to sperate.

Thanks both. It is the + that was causing the issues.

Also - if the picture upload seems to run, but the file isn't there at the end, change the file name - it doesn't like it to be the same as another picture anywhere in its database.

If you're trying to upload a jpg file, but it says that it's in the wrong format (which of course it isn't) it may be too big. For this forum, 640 x 480 pixels is a good size.

Hijack alert! I too have some pictures with file names that have picked up the odd % along the way but I can't seem to delete them. Is there any way of doing this?

The %20's are spaces that have been converted into url format.
If you can't delete them then I think you'll need to get an admin to do it for you directly in the file system - Don't know if Fozzie can do that, so maybe you'll need ChrisW to do the deed.
