advice: 2dr remote central locking
The passenger door on my tintop has decided to separate itself from the central locking circuit somehow.
Rather than repair that door, would it be worth just replacing the current locking system with one of these remote jobbies:
lin
ky
upgrade and fix rolled into one?

i generally try to avoid the blurb on ebay ads!
I know it appears cheap, but all of them are a similar price from different suppliers on there. Was also going to invest in a £20 thatcham II
immobiliser and a £20 stebel nautilus horn.

Are we talking about the Pug here Craig?
Probably a French connector come loose or corroded inside the door - got to be worth popping the door trim to take a look, might be £0 fix rather than
faffing about installing a new system.

my vote's on a french connector going on strike too.
find the problem and fix it i think, otherwise, if you do get the kit, you're essentially doing the same fix job on all your doors rater than
just the not working one.
and if you fancy taking the doors apart to fit that kit anyway, start with the one thats not working, and do it today. might be a simple fix
