Good grief man... the 70's are long gone!
You just need a comfy couch and a well stocked cupboard / fridge!

With the excellent choice of beers in a can available in the UK, you just need a beer fridge.

My home bar is simple.... ebay for a tap head... I got a Mansfield Cream Ale on with a light in it for next to nowt FANTASTIC
CHROME SAN MIGUEL BEER FONT. | eBay UK would do.
Then depending on what you want to dispence, a connector for the barrel (cause theres different types of barrel for different types of beers), a
barrel of beer and bottle of CO2. A regulator for the co2 and something to cool it. All this stuff is for peanuts on ebay.
I originally had a pucka under counter flash cooler, worked really well but boy did it like leccy! Doubled the 1/4 bill!! So, back to bay and find a
tall larder fridge, the kind with no freezer, chuck the barrel, gas bottle and everything in it, drill a hole to get the delivery pipe out and bobs
your uncle, 88 pints on tap in the house.. nice..
This is a bargain if you fancy a keg of guiness....

Or this sucker if you can afford the delivery

You can do it quickly. You can do it cheap. You can do it right. – Pick any two.

Looks good to me, but she'll have to leave the Archer's at yours. It's a pint for the fella, white wine or fruit based drink for the
lady!

Beer worth drinking comes in bottles, not cans. Beer worth drinking that's put into cans is ruined in so doing.
If you want real ale, a lot of the smaller breweries will deal with the public and sell firkins (9gallon) or pins (4.5gal) for about £1.10ish a pint
(depends on %abv)
If it's for an event, they also do beer engine rental. Ossett Brewery used to do it on a £150 cheque that they returned when you brought the
equipment back, so you didn't actually need the money upfront. Unless you're alcoholic, you don't want to try getting through a
firkin on your own though.

Well, I bought the co2 for me welder then realised what else to do with it.. that bottle pushed 3 kegs of Fosters while I tried my damnedest to begin
an alcoholic.. if only I could find a keg of Kilkenny!
Aaaaa....

I don't know anything about making a bar but you could brew your own beer to go in it
I was given one of
these brewing kits for christmas and haven't looked back. I was surprised how easy they are to make and the results are
really good. Have since invested in two more barrels which are in the bar/shed, one with
Great Eastern Ale (nearly
gone!) and the other with Coopers
Aussie lager.
The only drawback is the temptation when there is a 40 pint barrel of wherry sitting on the desk next to the pc, hic!
