Sky Package

House move went reasonably well, apart from a totally useless solicitor, he is getting a joint bollicking on Wednesday coming for his, and his companies incompetence. If they do not reduce the bill, the Legal ombudsman is getting a letter, he was that bad.

Then Sky have just had one too, booked the online "move house simply" facility, guess what after 5 x 30 minute calls and 2 engineer visits, we have the Sky thing back on.

Not so much bothered about that, but theres no phone which means NO BROADBAND !!!!!! at least another 2 weeks to go!

I have been forced to watch TV - EEEEEEEEEEk

I feel your pain with the solicitor thing. When we moved 3 years ago, I dropped in a cheque to the solicitors office when I instructed them, and they banked and got the cheque cleared same day So much for 3 to 5 working days....

Anyway, with regards to the sky, I had 7 years with them, 6 sky+ box's and the engineer became a friend, he came round that often. Now with virgin.

I did some gardening last weekend and cut through the fibre optic cable, taking out phone, broadband and tv. That was on a Saturday afternoon, Monday morning, fixed. One happy customer.

good luck sorting it!!!
