HELP Needed!

Hi All,

As part of the Well Done to Red Bull day being hosted by Milton Keynes Council on the 10th of December. Work have challenged me to organise a fun day teen zone for teenagers attending the BP HO in MK.

I am arranging a competition for youngersters (and i would imagine many dads) to come and set their best lap against David Couthard's Lap time on F1 2011 on the PS3 for a qually lap of Silverstone.

So here is my conundrum, in order to create a good atomosphere and gaming experience i would like to set up a gaming chair with pedals and a steering wheel etc, we have loads of merchandise from Red Bull so i can create the right effect around the chair and TV.

But, i have no chair, steering wheel or pedals! Is there anywhere i can rent one from or is there anyone on the forum local to Coventry/Birmingham or Milton Keynes that could lend me one for the weekend of 9th -10th of December. I am happy to pay for rental for the weekend but if someone is willing to lend i'm happy to provide some advertisement in the building for a company etc if you are self employed (to give you an idea, we are looking to have a foot flow of approximately 1000 people through the office during the event)

So a challenge for the Locost forum starts!

All suggestions welcome

Thanks again

Alex

I can't help, but my opinion is....
Buy a seat, pedals, wheel etc.
Then sell raffle tickets during the day to win them.
This will almost certainly see you the money back.
And then you don't end up using someone elses items which has its own sides.

That was exactly my idea at work today, i saw the video of Vettel in one at the factory. (they are £2000+ to buy) i had a word with our marketing man who has the contacts at Red Bull. He said he would make a few calls,

Fingers crossed, hopefully we'll get it a few days before the event so i can test trial it!
