Have I caught a thief?
So, after my post about planers:
http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/forum/37/viewthread.php?tid=163145
I decide to do a quick e-bay search. Pretty unlikely I'd buy 2nd hand but looked anyway. Turned up this little gem:
BOSCH 18V PLANER WITH BATTERY (NO CHARGER) | eBay
Thought the no battery/case thing was slightly dodgy and being suspicious of stolen items I clicked on the feedback:

P:feedback&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller
items 1&2 are car stereos, item 3 is (ironically) Grand Theft Auto, but the best of all, item 6:
Professional Locksmithing Techniques
lol!
Well, obviously, you'd sell on the book once you were a successful 'locksmith' right?
Me? Suspicious?
Don't think I'll buy that plane then!
Cheers,
James

Unless pickup only means he'll meet the buyer in a car park somewhere, I'd think he's genuine.
If you're interested ask him where pickup is from, people usually volunteer the 1st half of their postcode.

Unfortunately I have had battery drills stolen, and chargers stolen at different times over the years.
I end up buying new complete kits.
Only recently I sold a Makita 14v charger with 3 batteries, cos the drill is now u/s
