Mountain Biker meets Buck Norris
Seeing as we have some cyclists on here.
SA has some great places to go mountain biking, including in some game parks. You just have to watch out for the local wild life....

dont think a helmet would make a difference there! At least the person landed on grass rather than under an HGV.
