Brokers - Brave Sir Robin's!!!
Benin watching the markets as I have an interest and a few ailing endowments that I am forever chasing.
New a few Brokers, money, spot, Bond and investment.
To a man full of testosterone, opinion and aggression,
You can't break a broker heard often, even those it transpired we're merely on the periferies.
After the recent months of trading I now consider them (all) a bunch of "Brave Sir Robin's" (Monty Python analogy), if someone takes
some cash out in Greece,
"Run away"
If Angela Merkel gets wind at a Euro conference and pulls a face, "Run away"
The French get a new President (Agent Orange) "Run away"
Then at the end of the day, mid afternoon to the rest of us, "Run away Bravelly" to the pub on their fat bonuses and drink expensive booze
crowing to each other how brave they have been in a Bear market.
Rant over.... For now...
I eat to survive
I drink to forget
I breath to pi55 my ex wife off (and now my ex partner)

I dont think he is far wrong...
Basic rule of thumb, DONT put ALL your EGGS in ONE basket.
We saw the banks crashing a few years ago. Its NOT over yet.
Just dont keep eveything under one Banking Licence.
Although I think the limit is now £85k per banking licence.
Even you have less than £85k, I would still put it under a couple of difference licences. If one goes bust you might not be able to get your cash
back for a good while. Hence splitting it leaves you access to some of you cash should the worst happen.
Worrying times eh?
Just my 2d's worth.

1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Best Regards
