OT : iTunes / iCloud Help Required
I've got a couple of iTunes / iCloud problems I would like the "collective" to give me a hand with please before i go crazy!.
I've already wasted 4 hours messing about with this, but to no avail.
Just got a new speedy computer, but nothing is ever simple!
#1. I've copied over the music but all my playlists have gone - and before you say just Google the answer, I've got the new version of
iTunes 11.01.12 which looks nothing like the one we are used to and consequently Apple have changed how you do this. All the Googled articles
describe the old version which doesn't work the same as version 11.01.12. I've copied over library.xml and still I don't have my
playlists - where are they ??? (music is in the same folder on the new PC as the old one)
#2. How do I copy the backups of my phone, SWMBO's phone and the kids phone's from the old computer to the new one now that I'm
using the new version of iTunes? All the tutorials on the net are for the old version and guess what, these don't work the same with iTunes
11.01.12 !!!
#3. I've got a load of pictures of my build in a photostream folder (note: they are in a photostream folder called "MK Indy" and I
want to print them out and show the nice man at the IVA test center what a good boy I have been and how I've not cut any corners he can't
see. Where are they on my computer so I can print them out???
I can see them on the computer, but I just want to copy them to a folder where I can upload them to snappy snaps. When I right click on the
photostream folder I don't get the option to "copy", and when I look through the file system at the photostream folder, the
sub-folder called "MK Indy" simply doesn't exist????
I'm rather hoping the solution is not that I ask Santa for a MAC... thoughts anyone?

Once again example of big corporate changing the software interface beyond recognision without any seeming thought of the end user who are used to the
old version. Well done Itunes- you guessed it I don't like the new version, why isn't there a 'classic' view

Don't know if it will work but I would uninstall iTunes and then install an older version and then import my playlists etc - I use iTunes but
purposefully do not update it - it is about 3 years old now for the very reasons you are experiencing now.

I think if you go to www.icloud.com/photostream you can access your photostream- saw it demo'd in apple store so might have missed a crucial
step tho!!!!
