Interior Timber Panelling - Where to buy?
I’ve been asked to fit some decorative timber panelling to the bottom of the walls in a small cloakroom.
They want something which looks like the hardwood panelling seen in some Victorian houses and in the past I’m sure I’ve seen panels made from printed
MDF which simply slot together to create the effect of real hardwood but at a fraction of the cost.
So far the only type I’ve found is a product called EASipanel which is sold through Homebase but this is in a textured finish ready for painting or
staining.
I can’t believe that staining the MDF surface will look very good, especially on the Dado which is just an MDF section.
Does anyone know where I could buy something with a pre-finished surface rather like laminate flooring?
John.

How about some actual laminated flooring? you can get it in white or bleached wood with a V groove and if it is a small room then wouldn't cost
too much?
"That thing you're thinking - it wont be that."
