Agreed its inevitable as Coozer says, but nice to remember the pleasure people brought to us at the time that they pass on!
I loved the proffessionals and used to slide over the bonnet of my Marina (twin carb), much to the annoyance of my father.

Childhood Hero, I always liked Bodie better than Doyle.
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

Met him a few times when he was parachuting at Cranfield, last time I saw him was at a Herc boogie in Belgium

It always surprised me that he never went far in the business. I read he was into stunt work as well, he was a natural for the part. His mate Martin
Shaw has adapted well as he got older though.
