Switching socket ext cable

Probably not the clearest title but what I am after is a double socket (maybe on an extension) lead whereby if I am using a drill with a wire brush (which obvs creates dust etc), I'd like the socket to recognise the drill is on, and switch on my extractor fan so I don't have to keep turning two things on and off all the time.

Now, I'm fairly sure such a thing exists but I have no idea what it's called, where to get etc etc.

Any help, much appreesh

On our vacuums for sanders at work the vac comes on when you start the sander so there must be some thing that will do what you want

If that's the case then I doubt there is anything off the shelf to do this.

certainly stuff off the shelf that will do the job, (usually for turning amps etc on when the tv is on and similar)

edit: and under 10 quid!
