In Spain on the 23rd June they celebrate the night of St John - Noche de San Juan, big bonfires built on the beach, generally with a topical local
theme, families spend the evening on the beach eating, drinking and partying.
Ive done the festival a few times, in Torre del Mar , good atmosphere. Well worth a visit.
