Thats was probably spelt wrong, or had some grammer, that the "grammer police have to have a moan at

We did the opposite, we bought them one... once they'd tasted that vile concoction that masquerades as ice cream they soon gave up on wanting
one!!
I guess that's one benefit of treating them to proper ice cream whilst on hols...
