Site Feedback
I am impressed with the site. I liked it enough to register,
but I still like the e-mail group format as well. I guess I'll
use both. I've been pretty much a lurker as I'm not building
yet. I'm working on my welding skills. So far my welds vary from
not too bad looking to butt ugly. Strong enough if my life doesn't
depend on them. Most pass a three pound hammer test (Not in aluminum,
though).

Thanks for your comments Rick
Your feelings seem to reflect those of a large number of users of 'the list' and I'm the first to admit that their list of regular users far
exceeds mine. However, I'm confident this system will go from strength to strength and I have a lot of ideas in the pipeline to ensure this!

I've never been a member of other mailing lists or forums, but as soon as I found this page (completely by luck, no judgement involved) I signed
up.
Keep up the good work Chris.

Not sure exactly what you mean. When you go into an area the messages will be in consecutive order of the last post. Is that what you mean?

Yeah Chris, last post is at bottom and ya gotta scroll down, it would be easier at the top, straight to view when page loads.

Been lurking for awhile but gotta put a first post up sometime so here goes...
Great site Chris- really interesting to see what other people are up to with their Locosts.
I read the Yahoo Locost group and tho' it's an excellent site with many friendly, helpful people it's quite hard to read. Here, you can easily
trace back the first post of a thread and you can also be more choosey about what you read. Although, saying that, I've read every post put here so
far... :-)

Thanks James - glad you like it!
You've hit the nail right on the head with the Egroups thing - I created this site because I found it to be so much trouble keeping up with each
conversation!
Cheers again - and remeber to keep spreading the word!

I like this format,we needed a fresh idea.
The email groups worked at first, but they tend to drift away from the point sometimes.
At least this site is all about the car.

I certaily prefer this to the egroups, easier and better to use, prettier to look at and not classed as an adult group by my work system, whichmmeans
i can take an active part.
Never did understand why locost building should be deemed to have adult content, especially when my wife believes it to be a very childish act
