Breakdown cover

What recommendations do you have for breakdown/recovery services ?

Thinking of cover that would if required recover tow vehicle and trailer ?

I'm with the AA option whatever with relay. Which according to the renewal phonecall in Jan covers the vehicle plus trailer/caravan and up to 7 yes seven (i was surprised) passengers to a single onward destination or home. It ain't cheap though around £90 but peace of mind comes at a price.

Have no experience of them myself only saw of them a couple of days ago, however a company caller Autoaid seem to be quite good.

Basically it's only about 30 quid per year, but you pay for any pickup you use and then claim it back from them. So provided you're not the sort of person who struggles to scrape a spare hundred quid on demand it can work out a lot cheaper. I'll certainly consider it for next time. Especially since it's a person-cover (for you wife/partner), not just car cover, so it'll cover my main car and my Indy, and the wife in her car all for 30 quid.

Allegedly covers trailers too, which is nice
