i must admit, mini disk players are out of vogue now, i have had mine for nearly three years and it still works perfectly! all my housemates have ipods, which do look cool but as mentioned before they have a tendancy to break. if i was going to get an mp3 player i would want one that could hold all my music, so thats at least 65gb really.

Another cool gadget is an portble psp type thing my house mate has, its basically a screen with an hard drive attached. It holds 65gb of stuff so he can put movies and epiosdes of what ever on it via his comp. is a very nice bit of kit!

cost alot tho and as soon as it takes a hard fall the hard drive will prob be broken. though nowadays most of them have protection to prevent this.

i remember when all i had was a cheap cd player and had to hold it when i was walking so i could hear the music!
