Fatal karting accident at Kirkistown
Mervyn Campbell was fatally injured on Saturday during a 250 F1 kart race. Mervyn was also a Dax Rush Hayabusa owner and our thoughts go out to his
family and friends.

I learnt of his death on Monday at a track day there and it brought home to me the dangers of motorsport.

A fatality at the Granite city rally on Saturday as well. Very sad to see people dying doing something they are so passionate about. My sympathies to
both families.
