Steel and Paint Suppliers In Nottingham
Hi to everyone, I've been reading the posts for the last few weeks and the members seem very helpful, so here goes.
Can anyone recommend a steel supplier and a car paint supplier either in the Nottingam or Sheffield area.
Thanks in advance for any help provided

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

Isnt asking for steel in Sheffield a bit like asking for coal in Newcastle?
Oh, I forgot.....we shagged our heavy industries. Better try billy wong shipbuilders in Taiwan.

Gordon,
I have half an answer for you... there's a mail order supply house based in Nottingham that can supply various bits of metal. Prices look reasonable
for cut lengths, and it's free delivery within a few miles of Nottingham. Note that they will never be as cheap as buying standard lengths from steel
stockholders - but perhaps they'll sell whole lengths to visitors?.

B+M steel in Nottingham is very good, will cut to length and price is pretty good.
Peter north east in sandiacre in nottingham used to supply paint, not sure if they still do I know it was getting a bit costly for them.
