I seem to remember having similar conversations with my mates when I was 12.

No it's true - Nova's are the secret supercars no-one knows about!
I once beat a TVR Cerbera in my 1.0 Nova Spin when I was 17.
The trick is to not let the TVR driver know that you're racing him (I absolutely caned my car to just about saunter past him while he was
changing his radio station and wasn't looking!)

I want to give him a job in our garage if he can extract such power from a 1.4.

there's 8 pages of that NovaRacer to55er winding on and on and on. It's amusing to a point, but what I find odd is that he states he used
to own a Scooby and changed it for a Nova why would you go and do that?

Seen on the back of a Nova last week, a sticker the full width of the rear window "You've just been Novataken" as I passed him on
the motorway.
Now where can I get a sticker for mine "This vehicle is limited to 155mph, please pass --->"
Cheers

Theres one aswell that goes with the novadose bodykit "youv been novadosed" Maybe he has been dosed with the "novas are the best,
fastest cars ever" drug?!!
I reckon you have to xe a nova on throttle bodies or a turbo'd one to do that that easily.

I'm not fitting an R1 to my car anymore, I'm going for a 1.4 vauxhall engine -slow in standard form, but throttle bodies obviously add
200BHP!

I had ones an opel kadett (astra-D) 1200N with an 70 mm exhaust-pipe.
It sure looks your driving fast
When i wanted to overtake, the road had to clear over 2 miles
think must of us started with small-ones

i wouldnt be suprised if the nova guy did beat the scooby, lightness counts for a lot, all it would take is a poor start and being caught off boost,
and then a few poor gear changes etc, and its all over.

Or just trying to get the silly little man in the nova (as he seems to be) to make himself look stupid and trying hard, whilst the sccoby driver
couldn't care less.
